AGED AND DISABILITY SERVICES

The Peninsula Community Centre has three programs in the Aged and Disability Services Directorate, aimed at assisting those aged and disabled residents who wish to remain in their own homes, rather than enter nursing homes or cared for community institutions. These are:

  • Central Coast Case Management
  • Complete Care Aged Services
  • Gosford Home Modifications and Maintenance
